About Angel Marie

Meet Angel Marie Monachelli, a true master of Tai Chi and wellness. With over 20 years of experience in teaching others how to live their best lives with more energy, joy, and abundance, Angel Marie has been referred to as a "Walking Antidepressant." Her mission is to ignite humanity by teaching others to ignite peace and harmony within themselves. Yet, her journey with Tai Chi began as a personal one. 17 years ago, while struggling with chronic pain and trauma caused by Lupus, arthritis and Fibromyalgia, Angel Marie was introduced to Tai Chi at her wellness center. Initially, she had to sit and watch for 3 months before she was able to stand and do Tai Chi. Yet with determination and guidance from her instructor, she was able to overcome her physical limitations and fall in love with the art of Tai Chi. So much so that she went on to become a certified Tai Chi instructor herself and has been teaching others ever since.
