Real estate isn’t just Kaili’s career, it’s been a part of her life from the start. With a mom in the appraisal world and a dad who built and renovated homes, Kaili grew up understanding how homes are valued, how they’re built, and how much they matter to the people living in them.

Today, she brings that same hands-on perspective to her work with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Twin Cities. With a background in marketing, management, and an MBA, Kaili blends smart strategy with steady guidance - so her clients always feel informed, supported, and one step ahead.

She doesn’t believe in pressure tactics or surface-level service. Her approach is rooted in clear communication, trust, and making sure every move you make is the right one for you.

In addition to helping clients navigate their own moves, Kaili also invests in real estate and manages rental property herself. That firsthand experience adds another layer of insight for the people she serves - whether they’re looking for a primary home, a smart investment, or both.

Outside of work, Kaili enjoys life at home with her husband and their dog, Kuz. They stay active, spend time in their church community, and are always up for a good hike or a new place to explore.
